What Do I Need to Get Started?

To get started using your Pura device, you will need a power outlet, a smartphone that will connect to your device via Bluetooth, and a high-speed home internet connection with a 2.4GHz WiFi network. Refer to your setup brochure included with your device, or you can visit https://help.trypura.com/Downloading-The-Pura-App/setting-up-your-pura-device

 

Why Can't I Smell My Pura?

Is My Device Covered Under Warranty?

Each Pura device has a one-year limited* device warranty from Pura directly. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the device. It does not cover misuse of the device such as leaving the fragrances in while the device isn’t upright. If you feel that you may be eligible for this warranty, you may reach out to https://help.trypura.com/contact-us 

*Devices eligible for a replacement may include cases such as a burnt fuse, internal leaking damage, damage in shipment, fire damage, etc.

 

Is Pura Smart Home Diffuser Kid/Pet Friendly?

Pura Smart Home Diffusers are safe to be in your home with kids and pets! Make sure that you always use as directed, oils should not be ingested or used topically, and neither Pura nor Votivo is not responsible for the misuse of products. Consult with your veterinarian or physician if you have further questions!
